1. Instant Quote

Just Junk It may provide an Instant Quote system that allows users to submit information about a vehicle and receive an estimated quote.

The Instant Quote is based on the information provided by the user and is an estimate only. A final offer may vary based on verification of the vehicle’s information, condition, ownership, location, and other applicable factors.

Submitting an Instant Quote request does not guarantee that Just Junk It will purchase the vehicle or provide the exact amount displayed by the Instant Quote system.

Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when requesting a quote.

2. SMS Messaging

Just Junk It may provide SMS messaging to customers who voluntarily provide their mobile phone number and separately consent to receive text messages.

SMS communications may include messages related to:

  • Instant Quote requests
  • Quote-related communications
  • Customer service
  • Scheduling or pickup information
  • Responses to customer requests
  • Other communications related to services requested by the customer

SMS consent is optional and is not required to obtain an Instant Quote or use the Just Junk It website.

Providing a phone number by itself does not constitute consent to receive recurring SMS marketing or messaging.

3. SMS Consent

When subscribing to SMS communications, the user must provide affirmative consent through the applicable SMS consent mechanism.

SMS consent is separate from acceptance of these Terms of Service and the Just Junk It Privacy Policy.

4. Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with Just Junk It and the messaging program to which you have subscribed.

Message and data rates may apply.

Just Junk It is not responsible for charges imposed by a user’s mobile carrier or service provider.

5. Opting Out

Users may opt out of recurring SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to an applicable message.

After receiving an opt-out request, Just Junk It will stop sending recurring messages through that messaging program, except where a confirmation or other message is reasonably necessary to process the opt-out request or as otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Users may request assistance by replying HELP to an applicable message.

6. SMS Service Providers

Just Junk It may use third-party communications providers, including Twilio, to deliver SMS messages.

These providers may process information as necessary to provide SMS services on behalf of Just Junk It.

Just Junk It does not authorize its SMS service providers to use mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

7. Privacy

Information collected through the Just Junk It website, Instant Quote system, and SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Just Junk It is not responsible for delays, interruptions, errors, or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including internet service providers, mobile carriers, third-party service providers, technical failures, or other events beyond our control.
